Description
This rare and unique antique book of The Presidents of the United States was printed in 1881. Mind blowing to think Abraham Lincoln was President just 15 years before this book was printed. Andrew Johnson, Ulysses S. Grant, Rutherford B. Hayes followed in the Presidency. James A. Garfield was President in 1881 and was assassinated that same year. Followed by Chester Arthur who held office into 1885. This book has a myriad of facts and figures outlining the Presidents and the diplomatic positions they held. Many incredible lithographs as seen in my pics. Wear and tear on cover as shown in pics and expected with a book of this age. (145 years old) An amazing history book for your US Presidents library collection. Measures 6.5” x 9.5” 640 Gold Gilded Pages
