These are elbow and forearm pads made by the military brand Rothco. They are for protecting the elbow and forearm, and absorb impact with shock-absorbing foam covered in polycarbonate. The pads are sewn onto the entire arm for secure protection. The interior is made of polyester mesh to improve breathability and comfort. They are attached using adjustable elastic bands with Velcro, making size adjustment easy. Sold as a set of left and right.
