Vintage Rosette Iron Set Star & Butterfly Swedish Cookie Waffle Mold

Vintage rosette iron set featuring two classic shapes, one star measuring approximately 3” in diameter and one butterfly measuring about 3 1/4” wide by 3” tall. Each mold includes its own stainless steel rod that screws securely into the base.  The rods measure approximately 9 1/2” long and are designed with a bent handle that extends about 4” away from the mold, helping protect hands from hot oil while providing a comfortable, secure grip during use.  These traditional irons are used to make delicate Scandinavian rosette cookies, also known as rosettes or fried cookies. The molds show expected vintage wear and patina from age and use, adding to their authentic character.
