Vintage 1950s Sweater Clip Double Brooch Teal Rhinestone Gold Tone Chain Elegant

A striking vintage sweater clip composed of two coordinating floral brooches connected by a pair of gracefully draped gold-tone chains. Each dimensional brooch features a sculpted rose surrounded by leaves, clear and smoky rhinestones, and three teal-blue rhinestone accents.  The two chains fall at slightly different lengths, creating an elegant layered swag when the brooches are worn across a cardigan, collar, jacket, dress, or blouse. Because each side is fitted with a traditional pin closure, the placement can be adjusted to suit the garment and desired drape.  This unmarked piece likely dates to the 1950s based on its styling and construction.  There is age-related wear to the gold-tone finish, surface wear affecting some of the rhinestones and settings.
