VTG Peruvian Bronze Naylamp Figurines - Rare Double Sided Janiform Sican Pair
N/A
105.00 $
Description
This set includes one double-sided (Janiform) figure and one single-sided figure. The double-sided piece features the deity's face and headdress on both the front and back, a traditional Andean motif representing duality and all-seeing protection. This is a rarer variation. They are quite heavy, vintage Peruvian figurines cast in bronze with a striking natural verdigris patina. These pieces are modern mid-century reproductions of ancient Sican (Lambayeque) artifacts.
