Reason for discount: 90s Vintage Patagonia Guide Parka

This is a Patagonia Guide Parka.
It is a 1996 model.
The hood is missing and cannot be included, so please only purchase if you understand this.
The size is L, but it runs large.
I have worn it once for a short time since receiving it.
Regarding the buttons in the center,
the 4th button from the top is missing.
Also, from the 8 holes for the drawstring stoppers,
a white powdery substance is falling out.
As this was a gift, I do not know if the white powder is detergent particles or something else.
I have attached photos, so please check them.
