This is the Nintendo DS game Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuuchou (Limited Edition), released by Marvelous in 2008.
It is a remake of the masterpiece adventure RPG released for the PlayStation in 1998, with full voice acting and enhanced visuals for the DS version. This black packaging is for the limited edition and has a different design from the regular edition.
