This is a reproduction of a Japanese Navy enlisted petty officer's short-sleeved, open-collar summer uniform undergarment.
I purchased it new at a military show several years ago.
It has never been worn since purchase and has been stored.
There is no damage to the fabric, and I believe it to be in good condition.
I am selling it to clear out my collection.
