Vintage Roseville Freesia Vase 463-5 Brown Double Handled Art Pottery 5" Chip
Roseville
This Roseville Pottery Freesia vase 463-5 is in good condition. It does have a chipped handle that a previous owner painted. It is shown in the last picture. There are no other chips, but there is crazing and some dark spots in the glaze on the inside. The vase features a double-handled squat bulbous form with embossed floral motifs. The glaze transitions from a warm terra cotta orange at the top to a deep chocolate brown base with a textured, wavy surface. Creamy yellow freesia blossoms with green stems are prominently displayed on both sides. This mid-century art pottery piece is marked on the bottom with the Roseville U.S.A. script and model number.
