Shipping Method:
We will ship via Pakko-to-Sora-no-Meru-bin (a professional moving and delivery service by Art Moving Co., Ltd.).
This service includes professional packing, delivery to your desired room, unpacking, and removal of packing materials.
You can specify the delivery date and time (within Art Moving's regulations), and we can also hold the item for you.

Pakko-to-Sora-no-Meru-bin has a flat rate nationwide, but we have heard that delivery may not be possible to some remote areas, preventing purchases.
If this is the case, we can arrange delivery through our own shipping arrangements.
We will change the shipping method to undecided so please let us know your prefecture and that you cannot purchase in the comments section.

*While the delivery service generally delivers to your desired location, if the item cannot fit through the entrance, elevator, or into the room,
hoisting services may be required.
The cost for such services will be borne by the customer, so please confirm your delivery route in advance.

*Some areas in Okinawa may not be eligible for delivery.
As there are no Kakko-takkyubin (moving service) branches in Okinawa, delivery will be to the doorstep.

*Delivery may also be unavailable to some islands and remote areas. Please inquire via the question section.
