Vintage Acapulco Mexico Hand Painted Frog Ceramic Trinket Box Folk Art

Colorful vintage-style Acapulco, Mexico frog-shaped ceramic trinket box with removable lid. Hand painted in deep cobalt blue with bright yellow/orange floral decoration, green accents, and “Acapulco” painted across the front. The large flower on the frog’s back makes this a fun Mexican souvenir/folk-art display piece. Great for use as a small jewelry box, keepsake box, or decorative collectible. Pre-owned condition with normal age/display wear. There is some paint/glaze loss or a small surface nick along the edge of the lid, visible in the photos. Interior and unglazed areas also show normal wear. No maker’s mark was found. Please review all photos closely for exact condition and hand-painted details. Approximate era/maker unknown. I would describe this as Mexican souvenir folk pottery rather than claiming Talavera without a maker’s mark.
