It displays an E100 error as shown in the attached image.

According to online sources, it may be fixable by installing a new OS after replacing the HDD/SSD with a 500GB or larger drive.

The cables were tested and are functional. The AC adapter is a modified original Xbox 360 adapter with a compatible cable.

An HDMI cable is included as a bonus.
