From the tsuka (handle) and tsuka-maki (handle wrapping), to the saya (scabbard), tsuba (hand guard), and fuchi-kashira (collar and pommel), all are made in the style of a Japanese sword.
The habaki (blade collar) and koiguchi (scabbard mouth) fit snugly, and the mekugi (peg) is secure, making it durable enough for practice.
